Founded in 2003 by David J. Fulbright, Cheetah Tool Systems, L. P. is a privately owned and operated company.

David J Fulbright is a liscensed Professional Engineer in Texas with more than 25 years of engineering expertise in the industrial materials, manufacturing, tooling, automation fields. In his career with Texas Instruments and Huck International, David has developed and patented several highly successful systems and products. David has over a dozen patents on file with the U. S. Patent Offce and has now developed Cheetah Tool Systems in answer to the needs and requests of his customers in the fastening industry.
